Applause has a full-time role as Sr. Manager, Automation Practice (East), for someone with deep technical expertise and with phenomenal client-facing interpersonal skills! Here's the position in a nutshell:
Technical Expertise - Proficiency in the handling of complex technical development concepts, latest open-source test automation technologies, and ability to solve problems in scripting, testing and deployment.
Management Skills – You communicate effectively with customers & teams, delegate and allocate responsibilities efficiently to manage projects end-to-end.
Leadership – You understand that leadership is about motivating people and building a team environment where tasks are accomplished on time with high quality. It can mean many things depending on the situation including but not limited to getting your hands dirty, understanding the needs of your team and removing any roadblocks, setting the proper tone for the team, or leading by doing.

Please note this position requires working from an Applause office in Framingham (MA), Bellevue (WA) or San Mateo (CA). Austin, TX, is also also an acceptable work location. There may be up to 25% travel required for on-site client visits.
